President and Chief Executive Officer
McLaren Health Care and McLaren Medical Group (MMG), an employed medical group of nearly 500 providers and based in Grand Blanc, Michigan, have partnered with Witt/Kieffer in their search for an innovative and advanced leader to serve as their next President and Chief Executive Officer for McLaren Medical Group. This is a tremendous opportunity to join an extraordinary, growing organization and lead one of the largest medical groups in Michigan with more than 150 primary and specialty care centers located in a 35-county region with over 300 physicians.
The incoming CEO will be a part of an exciting time at McLaren Medical Group and will drive the group to newfound levels of high performance. They will work directly with the leadership team at McLaren Health Care to create a strategic, shared vision at MMG and define the identity of the organization moving forward. The new leader will provide a strong sense of structural and cultural direction to the organization as they continue to grow and serve patients across Michigan. They will be at the forefront of developing the infrastructure and systems to sustainably support the high performance of MMG. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of McLaren Health Care, the new President and CEO will bring a blend of strong strategic, financial, and operational ability to the position. This leader will be able to collaborate and communicate with a diverse set of physicians across a multitude of specialties and administrators at a high level.
Candidates are required to have a Master's degree in business, health administration, or a related field. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader, bringing a minimum of ten years of increasing experience in medium to large multi-specialty group practices and experience implementing best practices, systems, and processes and demonstrated experience working within integrated physician networks. They will have experience and comfort working in a matrixed organization with shared services and resources model possess dynamic skills in organizational standardization and transformation.
