Chief Operating Officer (Lead Executive), Swedish Medical Group and Ambulatory Care Network
An immediate opportunity exits for a healthcare executive to lead the Swedish Medical Group and Ambulatory Care Network, part of Swedish Health Services in Seattle, Washington. Swedish Health Services was founded in 1910 and has grown into the Seattle area’s largest, most comprehensive healthcare delivery system. They are affiliated with Providence St. Joseph Health, an integrated delivery system with operations throughout the Western U.S. Swedish Medical Group has nearly 1,000 providers operating in 118 primary and specialty care centers and seeing approximately 1.5 million patients per year. In addition, the Swedish Ambulatory Care Network includes: urgent care, retail health, outpatient imaging, ambulatory surgery centers, free-standing emergency centers, and an array of other outpatient services throughout the greater Puget Sound area. Reporting to the Swedish Health Services Chief Operating Officer, this executive is responsible for the strategic leadership and operations for the entire medical group and ambulatory network.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a Master’s degree strongly preferred, and executive leadership experience in physician group management and/or ambulatory healthcare, preferably within an integrated healthcare delivery system.
