Saint Mary’s Health Care is seeking an Ambulatory Site Manager for Clinica Santa Maria (HealthLink). Candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Public Health (Master degree preferred), will demonstrate a minimum of three years of significant leadership experience, will be bicultural, and will be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written). The primary role of the Site Manager will be to give life to the directional and operational visions embodied in the Saint Mary's HealthLink 3-Year Strategic Plan (emphasizing access and operational excellence). Leading a dynamic multi-care service clinic (Maternal & Infant Support, WIC, and Dental) the Site Manager will develop and implement programs to improve the quality of care of our patients. The successful candidate will demonstrate s/he can provide leadership towards our clinical services and financial goals while engaging staff and physicians in the process.

This Ambulatory Site Manager will leverage an integrated approach to health care to led Clinica Santa Maria growth strategies. This role will give the right person an outstanding opportunity to lead a multi-care service team, to create critical relationships within the communities we serve, to tirelessly seek excellence in clinical practice, and in leadership.
