In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating department specific and organizational programs and activities. You will also be responsible for daily ongoing activity of assigned areas; mentoring of Managers, and other staff assigned to them and integrating the organizational mission and values into all behaviors and responsibilities.
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in State of Ohio.
Bachelor of Science or business degree in health-related field required; Master's Degree is preferred.
Five years' experience in appropriate health career with a minimum of three year's prior management/leadership experience.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, at a level to advise on sensitive issues, the professionalism to represent the department in meetings, and participate in high level discussions.
High level of problem solving ability to integrate and interpret data from diverse sources to find solutions to complex financial, human, technical, administrative, or operational problems.
Must function independently as work is not standardized and assignments are received in the form of results expected and broad goals.
Ability to manage major functional areas and develop policies, procedures, budget, and plans to achieve goals.
